JGroup Consulting, LLC provides two methods of interaction with our support engineers. Direct access via our Help Desk Portal or directly via e-mail. Our Help Desk Portal is a closed system, so if you do not already have an account please contact Sales to have one created. We do this to maintain the integrity of our knowledge base for all of our clients.
